X-ray diagnostic apparatus ECLYPSE (modification with a ceiling system), ARCOM

X-ray diagnostic apparatus ECLYPSE (manufactured by Arcom International, S.R.L., Italy) with a body suspended emitter system – a stationary X-ray system for 2 workstations for treatment and diagnostic medical institutions with a wide a range of high-level imaging studies and a large flow of patients. The system will be a relevant solution in the department of traumatology or intensive care.

• 1st place – table of pictures;
• 2nd place – a vertical rack of pictures.

To obtain digital images, the device is equipped with a portable flat panel X-ray detector. According to the technical task of the customer, it is possible to use an X-ray cassette with film.

The design of the device allows fully remote control of all functions of the device and digital system from the remote control and provides maximum protection of medical personnel from X-ray radiation.

This device is equipped with VacuDAP dosimeter and Ionization Chambers AEC Sensor, the use of which is mandatory according to Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine «About human protection from the effects of ionizing radiation».

Complete set of the ECLYPSE x-ray diagnostic apparatus for two workstations:

1. STS ceiling suspended emitter system

The motorized ceiling suspension system of the STS X-ray emitter provides unobstructed access for medical staff to the patient and frees up space for free positioning. The high level of automation of tripod movements allows to reduce the time of study preparation and increase the number of examined patients, ensuring high quality of diagnostics.

The ceiling suspended radiator system has a number of advantages:

• a wide range of movements of the emitter;
• four-way access to the patient;
• quick positioning for patient examinationbeyond the boundaries of thetable or rackon a gurney, cart or hospital bed that moves;
• ease of researching people with disabilities.

2. Horizontal table of pictures

Depending on the technical task of the customer, it is possible to equip the following tables:

• AIN with a fixed table height;
• UPPER with variable tabletop height
  The variable height of the UPPER table top facilitates access to the staff table and is recommended for the diagnosis of patients with limited mobility, the elderly, children and patients with severe injuries.
• cart with X-ray transparent EVO deck.

3. DTR’s vertical shot rack

Vertical image rack DTR – X-ray device for clinical diagnosis of patients in a vertical (standing) or horizontal position (lying on the stomach ).
Comes with a bracket for a digital (or analog) detector.

4. X-ray feeding device

Depending on the technical task of the customer, the following X-ray generators can be equipped:

5. X-ray emitter

Depending on the power of the X-ray generator and the technical task of the customer, it is possible to equip the following X-ray emitters (x-rayEniv tubes):

• X-ray emitter E 7252X (Canon, Japan)
• X-ray tube RTM782, RTM90, X42, X76 IAE (Italy)
• X-ray emitter RAD-14.

6. Digital flat panel X-ray detector

Complete EVS digital flat panel X-ray detector (DRTECH, South Korea) with original software E-console1.

Advanced image reconstruction system – patented image processing system TRUVIEW^®ART from DRTECH, thanks to reverse filtering technology, provides increased image contrast and improved ability to detect micro abnormalities in the lungs, chest and heart.

Exprimer series flat panel detectors can be used:

• with wireless connection (removable battery) – EVS 4343W / EVS 4343WG / EVS 3643W / EVS 3643WG;
• with wired connection – EVS 4343A / EVS 4343AG / EVS 3643A / EVS 3643AG.

The quantity and model of the digital flat panel X-ray detector is completed depending on the technical task of the customer.

7. X-ray screening rasters

Holders (holders) of the detectors in the table and rack of images are equipped with a built-in fixed screening raster (grid) of high density of at least 215 lines per inch, which prevents unnecessary vibrations of the digital flat panel detector. The raster is removable for the possibility of taking pictures without it.

9. Automated workplace of a radiologist

The automated workplace of a radiologist includes:

• specialized software – full compatibility with DICOM, the ability to connect to PACS servers (including remote ones);
• monochrome diagnostic monitor Jusha M260G 21, 3″ 2MP for X-rays;
• medical DICOM printer for obtaining hard copies of radiographs on special X-ray film Drystar 5302 (AGFA, Belgium) (option).

It is possible to equip with monochrome medical diagnostic monitor JUSHA-M350G (3 MP) depending on the technical task of the customer.
